Liminal was a novella about a mother who had already dedicated her life to the destruction of civilization, only to find love and end up having a child in the interim. The story revolves around her relationship with her daughter and world, without wavering into an existential crisis about what actions must be taken to protect life, but how is a riveting engagement of life and love in a time where drastic actions become necessary.
