it was the bones that brought me there…

My sit spot changed my life. It opened my eyes to see a world of different experiences and interchanges with the same place. To see that one place can be so many different things at once. I had already loved the wild world, but my heart opened to love it in an infinite number of ways.

The entirety of my adult life has shifted around that awakening. It gave me the skills to turn a proverbial ember into literal ones. My love of the world has become an infectious need to teach others about it and to pass the flame, literally and figuratively.

I have taught everything from immersion courses in primal skills to integrated healing and herbalism courses for women. I love this world, and I love to share my love, knowledge and experiences of it.

I’m currently in the process of devising courses that are compatible with the distances technology has opened and required.
